Before the Flight
Before Your Trip: Important Information for GP-Aviation Passengers
Check-in and Arrival at the Airport
Passengers flying with GP-Aviation are advised to arrive at the airport at least three (3) hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Check-in counters close 40 minutes before departure, and late arrival may result in denied boarding.
Travel Documents
Passengers are fully responsible for carrying valid travel documents. All documents must comply with the entry requirements of the destination country, as well as the policies of Kosova Fly.
Kosova Fly strongly recommends that all travelers carry a valid passport, and, where required, a valid visa.
Any fines, penalties, or additional costs due to missing or invalid documentation are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Children and Unaccompanied Minors
Traveling alone as a minor is subject to international regulations for Unaccompanied Minors (UM).
-
Online booking is not available for unaccompanied children.
-
The booking must be made by parents or the legal guardian meeting the child at the destination.
-
All necessary travel documents must be prepared in advance.
For a smooth and safe journey, parents are encouraged to carefully prepare the child and all required documentation.
Passengers with Reduced Mobility
GP-Aviation is committed to supporting passengers with special needs, both at the airport and on board.
-
Specially trained staff are available at airports.
-
Most airports offer wheelchairs and assisted transport for departures and arrivals.
-
On board, removable armrests are available for easier access.
